Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to generate and deliver your protocol: age, sex, height, weight, goal, level, routine, limitations, weight-loss medication use, hormone use, dietary restrictions, name and email.

Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR art. 9, LGPD art. 11). You can withdraw it at any time through the contact email and we will delete your data.

Unpurchased protocols are deleted 90 days after generation. Purchased protocols stay available for 2 years for re-delivery.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card data. Emails are sent by a transactional provider. We do not sell data to third parties.

We measure site usage in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies) and Google Analytics 4, which uses first-party cookies (_ga) only to tell visits apart, with IP anonymization. When we advertise, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram, through the Meta Pixel) use cookies to tell whether a visit or a purchase came from an ad, and Meta may use those visits to show Shape90Days ads to people who have been on the site. We never send them your email, your name or your questionnaire answers. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the Meta Pixel is not loaded and all measurement runs without cookies. You can block these cookies in your browser without affecting the service. To exercise your rights, write to the contact listed on the site.
