Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to generate and deliver your protocol: age, sex, height, weight, goal, level, routine, limitations, weight-loss medication use, hormone use, dietary restrictions, name and email.

Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR art. 9, LGPD art. 11). You can withdraw it at any time through the contact email and we will delete your data.

Unpurchased protocols are deleted 90 days after generation. Purchased protocols stay available for 2 years for re-delivery.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card data. Emails are sent by a transactional provider. We do not sell data to third parties.

We use aggregated metrics without cross-site tracking cookies. To exercise your rights, write to the contact listed on the site.
